Service Description
This class focuses on mindful movement, intentional transitions, and the power of the breath to melt away physical and mental tension. The room is heated to a comfortable, gentle warmth to help your muscles soften and increase your flexibility. What to Expect: Mindful Pacing: We move slowly and deliberately, allowing you to find proper alignment and feel the nuances of every pose. Breath Integration: Each movement is synced with a deep, conscious inhale or exhale to calm the nervous system. Gentle Heat: The warmth helps soothe stiff joints and allows for a deeper, safer stretch. Extended Savasana: Every class concludes with a generous period of rest and meditation to ensure you leave feeling completely restored.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy requires a notice of two hours prior to the scheduled class for refund or there will be a $10 late cancellation fee.
