Katie Belt, LISW-CP

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. As a licensed therapist, I’m here to make the process feel more comfortable, supportive, and grounded in real-life tools that actually help. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to talk, explore what’s going on, and learn strategies you can use in your everyday life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, past trauma, relationship stress, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together at your pace. Therapy isn’t about being "fixed"—it’s about gaining insight, healing old wounds, and learning how to respond to life in a way that feels more peaceful and aligned with who you are. I use a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and IFS, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Britney Parks, LISW-CP

I'm a down-to-earth therapist who specializes in working with teens and adults. I have experience supporting individuals navigating substance use, eating disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring conditions. My approach is collaborative and strength-based—I believe in meeting clients where they are while helping them build the tools they need to move forward. I'm trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I use these evidence-based approaches to support clients through life transitions, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. My goal is to help you break through the barriers that are holding you back so you can live a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and truly your own.

Tonya Goff, LPC

Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and move toward a greater sense of balance and peace—especially during seasons of anxiety, overwhelm, or life transition when you may feel stuck, drained, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe exploring your experiences, deepening self-understanding, and beginning meaningful healing. Together, we work to better understand what you're experiencing and develop tools that support lasting change. I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, honoring the connection between mind, body, and environment. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other co-occurring mental health challenges. My work focuses on supporting clients as they develop practical tools while cultivating deeper self-awareness, resilience, and emotional flexibility. I also enjoy working with couples as they strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and navigate conflict or disconnection together. My clinical background includes experience in substance use and dual-diagnosis treatment settings. In sessions, I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches, incorporating mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and, when appropriate, humor to support meaningful and lasting change.

Elizabeth Evans LISW-CP

I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified trauma professional with 20+ years of experience with teens, individuals and families. With me you will find a supportive, consistent, straightforward approach.I believe wellness involves a holistic/whole person consideration, and I am invested in learning these aspects of my clients. I have a fondness for highly sensitive people and empaths. Cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and trauma informed care are evidence supported modalities I provide. I teach action-based coping skills that are practicable "in the moment" rather than traditional therapy homework. Thank you for learning about my approach. I hope you find what you seek for mental wellness.

Shannon Quinn- Clinical Intern

I am a counselor-in-training pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a background in healthcare and over a decade of experience in clinical, educational, and community-based settings. I bring a thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply non-judgmental approach to therapy. My work is centered on helping clients develop deeper understanding, insight, and agency in their lives. I am especially drawn to meaning-focused, narrative, and values-based approaches, and I enjoy working with individuals who want to explore patterns, identity, relationships, and questions of purpose or direction. Therapy with me is not about fixing or pushing change before it’s ready, but about meeting people where they are and supporting growth at their own pace. I work well with clients navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck or disconnected. I strive to create a space that feels open, affirming, and empowering, where clients can think deeply, speak honestly, and move forward in ways that feel authentic to them.
