About the event
Give your child the tools to find their inner calm this summer at the Zen Zone Summer Camp! Hosted at Pursuing Peace, our camp is designed to help children develop emotional resilience and mindfulness through engaging, (evidence based) FUN activities.
Camp Activities
Our curriculum focuses on wellness and creative expression, featuring:
Yoga & Breathwork: Gentle movement and breathing techniques.
Meditation & Mindfulness: Practicing presence and focus.
Art Coping Skills: Using creativity to process emotions.
