Designed to challenge both your body and mind, this invigorating session combines dynamic sequences, breathwork, and intense focus—all in a heated room to deepen your practice. As the temperature rises, so does your energy. The warmth helps to increase flexibility, improve circulation, and detoxify your body through sweat, while the flow of postures builds strength, balance, and endurance. You'll move through a series of fluid, purposeful movements, syncing your breath with each transition to cultivate both strength and serenity. Whether you're looking to break a sweat, improve your flexibility, or simply challenge yourself, this class is the perfect way to recharge, reset, and strengthen your body and mind. What to Expect: A dynamic 75-minute flow session with heat set to 95-100°F (35-38°C) A balance of strength-building poses and deep stretching A focus on breath awareness and mindfulness throughout the practice A chance to detoxify, build endurance, and improve flexibility
